Hello! Husband and I are headed to Fort Bliss! Can someone tell me if on post housing is okay? And if so what are the communities that are a little better? I read some mixed reviews and I’m starting to wonder if we should try for off base housing instead. If you recommend off base, what areas of El Paso would you recommend?
