I love adf frogs! They have a lot more personality than pipas imo.
My largest male pipa at night will click so loud you can hear him all over my house!

that’s so awesome! my ADFs can get REALLY loud as well. it’s crazy, considering they are so small

Thanks so much for your message!
I love them also! I've had my 3 for a few years! There in a 60 gallon and are doing very well! My tank is not deep enough for them to breed, that's really cool you have a female with babies at the school!
I've thought about getting a taller tank one day in the future for breeding project.
They make great pets in my opinion and there fully aquatic. They hang out motionless and don't interact much though.
The only big issue is they will click like crazy pretty loud at night and can really trip out guest and anybody purchasing them must realize that big issue though I never minded I have 8 fish tanks running.

whoa! i didn’t know pipa could be pets!! i LOVE them; we have a specimen at my school’s herpetology lab WITH the babies in the back. they are so cool and i wish i could interact with a live one. what are they like? how big is your tank? this makes me so so happy

My pipa pipa frog always looking for a new places to hang put and try to blend in!
