Yea. That's quite a statement. How are we assessing "dangerous"?

Emotet is a banking malware. Are you trying to say that a banking malware is more dangerous that Wannacry which wrecked hospitals all throughout Europe? Or sunburst, which is so bad we probably won't know the full ramifications for years?

It's a botnet not a banking trojan, though it was used to deliver them, and cryptolockers, send spam, and other usual botnet activities.
