On 28/29 of January, we received up to 15.000 DOGE exchange requests via our web and mobile apps as well as our API partners. Unfortunately, appr. 2000 of them got stuck due to the fact that our partner exchanges closed down withdrawals.

At the moment we have 200 transactions left to be processed and soon all the cases will be handled. We thank you for your patience and apologize for the inconvenience. We assure you that none of the requests will be ignored.
