This is the unrelenting/play with your food you would get at a van in a alleyway for 36 cents and think it's overpriced

Don't mean to be rude but Monstrous Shrine is more useful than this.

Casual reminder that agitation is twelve times as useful as this perk with a notable sidebuff to your terroradius aswell, a 4% basic attack cool down is incredibly useless. I'd suggest a buff but this would need a major overhaul since this is just budget agitation, might aswell make it a meme perk why not  5,8,10%movement speed increase per survivor whitin 3 meters? So you can just out speed any bodyblocked attempts.

Thought I'd give it a bash. I'm rubbish with balance though.
