Yes, I have an expired UI claim from August. The status is inactive but under the benefits tab I do see PEUC on there.

Do you have an old or outdated UI claim? Perhaps one that is inactive? We have heard of some cases where the peuc has attached to an old or expired claim

Yes I’m still in adjudication for identity. I called the fraud department and they said they can’t forward my paperwork until I have been pending for eight weeks. I am at 6 weeks.

I emailed my local reps but no response.

Are there any benefits remaining in any of the benefit types listed there?

I have been on unemployment since March and I only have 1 week left(ie: I already submitted my claim for it)
There is no button/link for me to sign up for PEUC or any other extension. 
I am worried that next Sunday when I log on, my regular unemployment claim will be closed and there will be nowhere for me to submit my weekly claim.
I have already called and talked to unemployment a few times about this and they have no answer for me.

Will I get PEUC automatically?
