Should we start getting our hopes up now for Jon completing full trilogy ?

This would be a great series replaying all three back to back. I’m not sure what twist he would put on it but there’s gotta be some challenge he can come up with

There was an Ironman Challenge I saw someone else do a while back where they did the whole series but when they died they had to go back to the start of the game they were on.
I don’t think Jon will do this challenge though because that’s a lot of backtracking you’d have to do if you end up dying in the finales, but who knows.

I agree with you BUT he can always make room if he really wants to and if he thinks we really want to. I know he notoriously does push things off too long (cough KOTOR, couch FO4 YOLO) but it wouldn’t surprise me if he was so excited about it that we saw it on the channel soon after it comes out. It’s unlikely though.

The modders who made the texture packs for the original series really need to be complimented. Maybe it's rose tinted glasses, but I can barely see a difference between this and the modded versions of the originals.

Looks like ME1 definitely did receive some graphical upgrades to bring it on the level of the other two games, plus the better textures for all three. Not the remake I was hoping for, in any case, but there is a difference. But it also apparently received gameplay updates to make it less of an RPG and more action-shooter like the other two...
Idk, I'll pick it up on sale, certainly not for 60 bucks.

Put that on the agenda for like... Q3 2023? I imagine Jon and Claire have some kind of private Google Calendar with things scheduled.

YESSS!!! I pre-ordered it today. I don’t usually pre-order things but as long as it plays on the PS4 they literally cannot disappoint me.

Lack of ME3 on the channel is why I haven't watched the ME1 and ME2 series. I hope Jon revisits Mass Effect with the ME:LE release. Maybe even a full series going through all three games.
I don't know the insanity mode run of ME2 is so in depth that it would feel a bit redundant. As long as he covers the same decisions in the previous 2 titles a ME3 run would suffice. Some live streams of ME1 to show off the differences too would be "very welcome indeed."

It feels safe to say that Jon will probably cover the Legendary Edition - possibly a three-part miniseries showing each of the trilogy, comparing it to the original and talking about the differences. I know he’s said in the past about his plans for ME3, IIRC it’s more likely we’ll get a video essay than a series. But you never know, Legendary Edition might be the motivation he needs to do ME3.
