Try disabling Hardware acceleration in Settings

Have u tried private windows? It could be an extension making trouble.

I'm getting this issue where web pages in Chrome (88.0.4324.96) on macOS Catalina (10.15.7) get all blurry and unreadable.  I don't have this issue in Safari or Firefox.  I don't show any available updates to Chrome, but this is a corporate managed system.
