I need your help - try to reach c1 for the first time!

Any help its greatly appreciated!

I´m looking for an AO and AD which will get me into c1. You can see my monster box here - https://imgur.com/a/syw3rjU

I guess i have some really good units that could really help, but i am not quite sure which units i should use for minimum effort maximum results. I would like to have a single team that can handle most ad´s. Therefore i am not sure if i should use a more typical cleave team or if i should use a dot/more special team.

Teams that come to my mind:

Cleave:

Nephthys (L), Akha, Rica, Tiana/Chiwu

Chiwu (L), Megan, Lushen, Lushen

Dot/special:

Leo (L), 3x Skogul (i just have one skogul yet)

Nephthys (L), Nisha (Fire Dyrad), Rica, Sath

AD:

When it comes to a good AD i am quite clueless. I guess something like Chiwu (L), Nephthys, Juno/Rica, Miho would be quite good?
