Help transferring KAI from Etherscan

I bought KAI yesterday and it's now sitting in Etherscan. I've spent hours today trying to work out how to move it, but can't work it out no matter how many ways I search for help. Now that I know Bittrex trades KAI I thought that might be the best place to put it, but I'm open to suggestions. I understand what to do from the Bittrex side of things. Any help would be appreciated.

Etherscan isn’t a wallet, it’s a network browser for ETH/ERC-20 tokens, transactions, wallet addresses, etc. Where did you buy the KAI yesterday?

I've just been combing through r/etherscan and getting a better idea of what it is. I used the link on Kardiachain.io which then went through indacoin. Do I need to create a custom token to move it to metamask,? Sorry, I usually can work things out, but this has me really lost. I don't need to move it to Bittrex. Thanks for your help.

editted to add that I have the transaction page

I’ve never used Indacoin but I assume if you purchased it there then the KAI is held there. Do you have the transaction ID?

transaction id - 0x8e70c373de43f56832e0609c0d78132289ae3e2d2ff103fbfa43d34268958122

the token was transferred to the account number I created through metamask

Then they should be on the Meta Mask address as an ERC-20 token. However, KAI switched to its own network at the end of January (aka not on Ethereum), so you'll need to make an official KAI wallet and swap your tokens to main net at some point. Don't worry, though, you have as much time as you need to do the swap.

You can make a wallet here.

And can make the swap here.

Here is a short Reddit thread with the swap process.

Once they're converted to main net, you can trade them somewhere like KuCoin.

PLEASE do your own research and make sure you feel comfortable with the swap process before proceeding. It's not difficult, but it does take a few steps.

It's pretty stupid that the "official" option to buy from Kardiachain's website isn't even trading the main net coin yet...

I worked it out. All I needed to do was create a custom token in Metamask. Thank you so much for your help. Have a great day.
