PC Download speed issue (I did the Delivery Optimization stuff)

Hey so I have 300 Mbps download speeds (and I confirmed my pc is getting it over the ethernet) but the Game Pass app is still stuck at 5-6 Mbps.

I saw some older threads about changing settings in delivery optimization and that didn't change anything. Did I miss something?

Allow downloads from other PCs is Off

I've "limited" my downloads for updates in the background and foreground to 100%

Help pls?
