New LCD Time?
So I've had the printer i'd say about 60 - 90 days ish. Ive done a lot of printing (And a TON of failing... 3d printing seems to have a steep learning curve for me despite lots of CAD experience).
Prints have always failed. Usually due to not enough supports but more and more they come out with major gaps in the models where it looks like it stop printing, pools a layer or two and then down about 10 layers restarts printing.
Last night however the problem reached a head where nothing will print at all. The light comes on but nothing happens to the resin.
Steps i've tried:
Swapping resin with total clean out of tankSwaping to a back up tank with different color resina bare piece of FEP with two small drops of Resin on it and using the UV light test (Both drops stayed liquid with exposure time set to 90 seconds).
I suspect that my screen has died (Didnt seem like i got a ton of use out of it hours wise). What do you guys think... is the screen dead?
IF so are there better screens I can buy that last longer?Whats the best quality screen I can stuff in there?Would switching to an AnyCubic Mono get me longer life on the screen and less fails?
Edit:By lots of prints I dont actually know what a lot of prints is considered in the 3d printer world.
Second Edit:
https://ibb.co/mbrdygR<-- This is what it looks like now (It seems a LOT less dull and when i use the test where its supposed to light up different sections of the sceen it only lights up like this)
https://ibb.co/9NsMnsg <-- This is it when its on the Small square screen test, but again, it lights up entire screen not just the small box like it did when i got it new)
https://ibb.co/tqRcxDg <-- This is the goblin i am talking about where most of him printed but the other side didnt. Since he printed, it wont print anything else. It wont cure the resin is what it seems.
