I need help, maybe I am one of the most ignorant people in this subreddit

I am interested in buying dogecoins, but I do not have virtual coins, dollars and I do not speak English, all because I am from Colombia.

I tried to buy with the tutorials for DUMDUMS, but they always asked me at least 50 dollars to buy bitcoin.

My problems are:

1. I do not have dollars and
2. If I could get dollars with my local currency (COP) I do not have enough money, I just have about the equivalent to 10 dollars today.

Is there a way to buy Dogecoins with COP or with few dollars?
