How to tighten hands for a Play Arts Kai figure?

Hi, so I tried loosening one of the hands for my Lightning Dissidia Play Arts Kai figure with a blowdryer but I overdid it. The wrist is too loose now. Is there a way to tighten the hand again and add more friction to the hole insertion? Would nail polish and freezing work?

EDIT: Actually I think it's the wrist joint that's loose. Can I put something on it to add friction?
