Still can't access HITMAN 2 levels on Xbox One X?

I did it by installing the Xbox app in My phone, and then installing Them from there They showed Up as ready to install You have to Link your Xbox to your app

If you have H2 on disc then make sure it's inserted, it will now say free, with the price crossed out.

Redeem and install the access packs. In store if you own 2 digitally, in game if you own it on disc.
I have tried, it just prompts me to purchase.the access pass for Hitman 2, which I already own.
I guess try uninstalling and reinstalling the access packs from your owned dlc then. If you already redeemed the free ones in game everything should be okay.
