Good morning. I lost my card and reported it on the app, requesting a new one, 2 weeks ago (12 days really, to be specific) Is it normal for it to take this long? Any suggestions?

No, it should’ve been there by now. Bummer! Ask Support to send another or swing by a Sprouts or Stater Bros location. They might have an old card handy.
Only took 7 days for me to get mine. Order another one. Then ask a customer rep to expedite it. That's what I did.
Seconded, mine took a week. You can pretend they never arrived and ask for 2-3 more to have backups for the future. They're cheap quality, mine stop swiping properly after 1-2 months.
At this point I'd request another card. I ordered a second card a few months ago and it came within a week, I think.
And I've been told that you can get a new card at any store with an in store shopper.
