Are the flairs for this sub america or european standards?
Because in american standards I am definitly a leftist, however as a European I consider myself to be more central-right.

I'd say it depends on your country, if you're left in the us you take the left flair, even if you would be considered perfect center in Europe
Economically, USA is definitely way more right wing than most of Europe.
Culturally, it's more complicated. USA has strong progressive base, but also a lot of christian fundamentalism and still alive racism. So I would say, USA is more polarized, both left and right, culturally.
I think even culturally you are more right, especialy then western Europe and scandinavia, but left of eastern europe (caugh Poland caugh), because in belgium even the christian party is for gay mariage, and in our extreme right party (Vlaams Belang), only the ´old guard´ is still homofobic. (The right party (NVA) even has a car in the pride parades). [I am using homofobia and Belgium as examples as those are the ones i know most about] [these are my opinion and thought, I might be wrong on some stuff and if I am please correct me]
I would assume European as american standards are much further right than the rest of the world.
Not.. exactly. Much of the world is right of America (depending on how we would call right/left). Though yes, America is considered right of Europe.
Bernie Sanders is for public healthcare and public education. Pretty much every moderate right wing party in Europe is or them too, so I would count him as European centrist, and in USA he's somehow called radical leftist.
Yeah thats basicaly why I asked, seen as reddit has a majority americans it could have been that, but that ´center´ is right for nearly everyone else.
