Feeling lost

I studied Business Administration at one of Europe's top business schools and I've been working as Risk Consultant in a big four for the last 2 years. In the beginning I was okay with working long hours and not getting paid for them but since last May I feel like I don't belong to this company anymore. The work culture is just toxic, working long hours without no rewards it's mandatory not only expected and they don't really care if you are happy or not at the workplace. Additionally, I don't like my job at all, I find it extremely boring and dull. I also feel like I'm not really learning a lot, most of the day to day tasks are repetitive and it's not what I was expecting at all.

I always loved creative industries and I would like to mix my business background with something less corporate and that aligns with my values. The problem is that I feel really lost, I don't have any experience in fashion or cinema (which are one of my favorite industries) and I also don't have many technical skills which are required by most jobs (SQL, Python, SAP...).

What can I do? How should I look for business related jobs in a creative industry as a Risk Consultant? What are some job posts that can actually work for someone like me?
