Need help identifying a song

The song is allegedly called "Losing You" (lyrics here) by 71 Gaps, but I strongly disbelieve that it is actually 71 Gaps, based on the fact that 71 Gaps' songs are poor quality production-wise, and the singer was pretty awful. This song that I'm referring to had pretty clean production and solid vocals. It was often found on Kazaa/Limewire as Box Car Racer, but it's definitely not them either.

If you google this song, you will find tons of pages with the full lyrics, but I cannot FOR THE LIFE OF ME find the actual song anywhere, or find any other information about it.
