Idk what to FLAIR this as, I really don't but I'm looking for a bank that doesn't have monthly fees, starting amount to open, or a credit score (I don't have any credit). I've tried chime many know how that went, I was checking out Ally but I don't know if they require a credit check or NEED credit to open.

Hit up your local credit union?
They're whole point in existing is to support the local people.
I opened an checking account with Charles Schwab. No monthly fee. No minimum balance. Unlimited ATM fee refunds. The catch is that you have to open a brokerage account with them as well. However, there is no requirement for you to maintain a balance in the brokerage account or deposit anything into it.
That being said, most banks do not check your credit to open a checking or savings account.
