Good for Kenny G, getting a multi-year deal was key because he'll miss this year with TJS. It ended badly here with us, but he was getting his career back on track in Toronto until his injury.
Fisher getting DFA'd puts a cap on the roller coaster that was the Fisher for Aaron Sanchez, Biagini, and Cal Stevenson trade. It went from Luhnow looking like a genius, to Sanchez getting hurt, Stevenson being traded, Biagini getting released, and finally on Toronto's end, the last straggler, Fisher, released.
Glad to see Marwin get a deal though. He's been pretty bad offensively since 2017...and of course everyone instantly attributes his best year to sign-stealing. While that certainly helped his home numbers, he OPS'd .932 on the road that year. So it seemed like the league was able to figure him out after that. He still provides versatility on defense and having at least 1 guy like that is an asset over the long season.

Multi year deal is only good for security. If he’s thinking he can come back and be just as good, he’s forgoing a payday by taking a multi year deal. And nowadays it’s nearly unheard of to not bounce back from TJ surgery. It’s a miracle of medicine

Straw is better tbh. Derek Fisher is a defensive liability. Straw is alright out there.
