Commanders Options for Adeptus Astartes (Blood Angels)

I have no clue of meta and balances with commanders, but I am considering to play it in the next future (with the LVO rules) with my blood angels KT.

I'd like to know, even if I won't play in tournaments, good options for commanders (and start building/painting one or two commanders) and how this would have an impact on my ordinary roster.

My roster (for 125 pts matches) currently includes Eliminator ldr, Socut ldr, plasma gun tact, scout bolter, scout missile launcher, flamer vet, vang sgt relic blade and SS, intercessor sgt with fist, intercessor sgt with chainsword, intercessor gunner with aux grenade, suppressor and a bunch of vets and scouts.
