[Java] I can’t figure out how to use Copy/Paste with Worldedit (7.2.0) (1.16.4)

I’m sorry if this isn’t the proper sub to ask about worldedit, but I didn’t think the main MC sub was the right place either. I’ve been using worldedit for a month or two now, and it’s incredibly helpful, but I don’t know how Copy/Paste works. Is it based on your position from the copied object when you initially copy it?
