Looking for a specific type of bracket/hook

Hi, I hope you guys can help me with this! I just had an open-roof aluminum patio cover installed and I'd like to add roller shades to the sides/walls to block out the sun. I'm looking at using Coolaroo wand-operated shades, but the problem is how to install it on the patio cover.

What I'm thinking is to get hooks that hook onto the rafter or head-beam on one side, and have holes on the other where I can screw in a long wooden beam (let's say 1x3) on the outside, and then attach the Coolaroo brackets/roller to that wooden beam. Then I can just hang the entire thing on the patio cover without needing to screw holes or reinforce the aluminum. The hook would look something like this or maybe this (the latter with screw holes, for either one I don't think it has to be so thick), and would have to be sized exactly to fit the patio cover rafters and head-beam.

My question is: where can I find brackets like this in the exact dimensions (and color: white) that I'm looking for? If I would need to create them custom, what kind of provider am I looking for to do that work?
