Why is AB taking Full Responsibility for what happened last episode?

I feel like Ethan and Hila need to take some responsibility for what happened last episode. I’m watching the live stream currently and can’t believe they haven’t said anything to support AB... AB keeps saying that he might deserve the hate and death threats... Ethan and Hila just sit back and tell him he needs to learn from his mistakes when in reality, it is their show, and they approved and invited this conversation. This could have all been prevented if they made the right decision and never put this on the show in the first place.
