macleays stick insect possibly moulting??

Hello! I've only recently joined the stick insect family by getting my first Macleay's Spectre. I've had her for about 2-3 days, but recently I've noticed that she's not eaten much at all and barely moves from her hanging position (though she does a little bit if her viv is knocked a little but it's very faint in most cases). Could this possibly mean that she is about to moult soon? How long does it take for them to go through the entire process and do you have any advice on how I can make sure she goes through it smoothly?
