To r/Torchwood!

When I first started this subreddit, r/Torchwood was an abandoned place and was not accepting new submissions. I created r/TheHub as a replacement. r/Torchwood now has a new moderator and has been accepting submissions for a while now.

It seems like a good time to move back to r/Torchwood. We'll still have the same look to the subreddit but we'll just be at a new name.

I'll keep this place open but it will be restricted, meaning "anyone can view, but only some are approved to submit links".

I hope everyone is cool with this.
