Active chassis s60 R
Hello Not sure this is the right subreddit but thought it's worth a go to ask here. I have a 2006 S60 R. Recently the "chassis settings require service" warning comes up when I start the car and the active chassis buttons don't work. From what I've seen online this is an issue on the cables for the shock absorbers. I've had a look and can see a damaged cable on the front passenger side. Is this a difficult job to fix? Is it something I could do myself or would it need to be taken to a garage? If so would any garage manage or should I go to a volvo specialist. I don't know much about this car. It was given to me by my dad and its had a lot of work done by volvo but due to where I live and there are no volvo garages within 300 miles of me plus covid restrictions it's difficult to go anywhere to sort it. Any help and advice is much appreciated. I'm also in the UK.
