I have a good headset and most of the time I'll hear people no problem but lately people seem to be able to get inside the same building as me without me hearing a single footstep.

not lately. I’ve felt sounds have been pretty good.
Use Dolly atmos.
My mate naves hears anything, I have to tell him they’re coming all the time, no idea if it’s his headset or his Xbox though
I have said it so many times now if you're having audio problems hold in the start button on the xbox for 10 -15 seconds to hard reset and that should fix the muffled audio/ lower audio. but everytime your controller disconnects or you go to a different game it breaks the audio again same if the game crashes most of the time
can't the modes make a pinned post about how to fix it already
I've been having issues with rogue parachutes. Hear the footsteps just fine, but can't tell you how many times I've only tracked one chute in only to find four other players in the complex with me within seconds.
