Looking for help finding the right monitor

So I think I'm ready to pull the trigger on a monitor and I'm between a few models.

Dell S2721DGF - $400(taxes included)

LG 27GN850-B - $426(taxes included)

Gigabyte M27Q - $340 after taxes

I'm like many others trying to get a 30 series card with no luck and I'm currently running a 5700XT. Eventually I would get a second one so I can dual screen, but just looking to upgrade what I have for now. I mostly care about the performance for gaming, but I will be using them as my work setup as well. I'm usually in a medium light room(I know people have complaints about use in the dark). Would you guys recommend just snagging any of these or is there another model I should be looking at? Thanks.
