Need Camera Recommendations for Live Streaming

Hello everyone,

I work for a non-profit society that has typically done in-person workshops. For obvious reasons the organization is shifting to online, virtual sessions.

The budget I am working with is ~$5500CAD. Edit: We require a camera body, lens (if necessary, lighting, camera w/mount, etc.

I have looked into the Nikon Z-series because I have a experience with Nikon but I fear the cameras features and additional variable of having lenses may unnecessarily add to the complexity of the matter for non-camera inclined people, as most of the staff are in their mid-40's or older so I'm hoping to find a relatively simple setup that won't confuse either older staff or new staff with limited tech knowledge.

I have also looked at a Canon g7x Mark III but I have no experience with these types of cameras. Would this be a simple way to go?
