Snapshot lag on good pc

I have a reasonably good pc (rx 580 gpu ryzen 3 3300x cpu and 24 gb ram) but on the snapshot i get 30 fps (on 1.16.5 i get 300 - 400) and I don't know why it lags coz it didnt lag on any other snapshots except for 21w06a and my friend who plays on a laptop with intel integrated graphics get the same if not better fps as i do but on a significantly worse computer please help i wans to test out the new snapshot but atm its almost unplayable

Thanks
