How to choose the right project to show in UX Design job interviews?

I currently have 4 projects I can present for 30 min- 1hour job interviews:

  1. Internship project: mobile application redesign
  2. Design challenge I did for a company (I submitted the work yesterday so I haven't heard back): mobile application redesign
  3. School project: mobile application
  4. Passion project: web application

I want to create a presentation deck for 2-3 projects (2 preferred), but I don't know what to prioritize.

I know for sure that I should show my work from the internship, but I am having trouble choosing the last one (or two).

  • I want to show the design challenge project because (a) this is my most recent work (b) I'm actually very proud of the final product (c) it shows my strengths very well. But my internship project already shows that I can do mobile re-designs, and I don't know how other companies will access me for presenting a design challenge for a different company.
  • The passion project is the only web design I have. So it might be important to show this work. However, this was an individual project, and I believe that companies are more interested in seeing group projects.
  • The school project shows that I have collaborated with other people, but (a) this is the oldest work in my portfolio (b) I just don't feel that passionate about this project.

Which project should I choose to show during job interviews?

I guess it's the question of: Group project vs. showing a variety of skills (the web app) vs. a project I feel proud of.
