Starship Song Ranking

I don't see much of Starship rankings anymore, so, here's mine I suppose. Keep in mind Starship is my favourite musicals, and the ones at the bottom I absolutely LOVE. It's just not better than my favourites.

9. Beauty
   Beauty is, as the title suggests, pure beauty. Brant Cox has a voice that suits Roach perfectly, and I love the small little bugs that show up. And plus, Bug and February's mood throughout all of it makes my heart melt (well, slightly less because February didn't appreciate the amount of work that was in that song.)

10. Life
    Inspiring as hell, yet kinda emotional - I don't really know how I feel about it. Quite deep, but I like it. The slow singing and the lyrics are amazing, Darren Criss is a living legend on Earth.

11. Kick It Up A Notch (Reprise)
    Shortie but a goodie. I don't really know what to say about this one, except iconic.

12. I Wanna Be
    The perfect opening! It gives Starship the cartoony and excited mood that thrives. At first, I didn't really like it. But as I became more and more attached to Starship, my thoughts about this song became more and more positive. Plus, "I wanna be a Starship Ranger" is in my head at least 10 times a week.

13. Hideous Creatures
    Why do people put this song so low? It's astonishing! I really like the bugs' voice altogether, it's really good. I like Tootsie holding his gun backwards too, that was quite fun. This is the type of song I'd give to my non-musical-obsessed friends.

14. Status Quo
    What can I say? Joeys' voice is amazing.

15. Get Back Up
    I love this song so gosh darn much. I was torn between putting The Way I Do and this song for number 2. Lauren Lopez is a blessing. Taz's accent through all of this, her personality, Up slowly regaining his confidence, it's amazing. I have wayyyy too many headcanons about Taz and Up at this point. And their friendship is so cute too.

16. The Way I Do
    The Way I Do is one of my favourite love songs, no doubt! Megagirl slowly learning what love is, and Tootsie showing her what it means to be faithful, is quite cute. Denise did a great job acting as this weird as hell 'shy-ence' officer when Bug's trying to explain what he is to her.

17. Kick It Up A Notch
    What did you expect? Kick It Up A Notch is NOT overrated, it is simply just amazing. Dylan's voice can brighten anybody's week. And it's so gosh darn catchy too. I really like the background vocals for the mosquito guys too, and I love their little spotlight. Did I mention Bug? The sudden music really hypes me up for anything!
