Ei Sickness Benefits, "doctors notes" and "roes" question.

How exactly do you submit a "Doctors note"? and roe?

Is a note from the er that says you were treated enough? even if it says "you may return to school or work within 7-14 days" but you still arent feeling well?.

And why does google say you dont need a doctors note until sept 21 2021 but the site says you need it?.

Late last year, I got sick and was off for a month and asked my employer for an roe and they asked for a sick note, so I emailed it to them and I gave them the er note the doctor gave me that said I can return to work after 14 days but I ended up being off for a month cuz I wasnt feeling well. I still was able to get paid 2000 for that month I was off. So that seemed to be enough?.

Now, after being back at work for 3 months, I got sick again and have been off since jan 18th.

Do I have to get employer to resubmit an roe? or will they automatically do it?. and what about the sick note?

I think I have 11 weeks left of "sickness benefits" but not sure if il get approved.

I got approved last year, so part of me feels hopeful but its scary not knowing..

also, how long can it take to send payment?
