Overpayment Waiver Denied 12/19 PEB

I received a letter that says my overpayment waiver for the week of 12/19 has been denied. 12/19 was the week which those of us on extended benefits were paid the full weekly amount, but later received an overpayment notice that says we were only entitled to a partial payment for that week. I don’t know what calculations ESD used, but exactly how they determined I could pay back the sum is a complete mystery to me.

Alongside this determination, the letter also says that my benefits will end 3/15 if the sum in not repaid.

Did anyone else submit an overpayment waiver application for the week of 12/19? We’re you approved, denied?
