🤣🤣🤣 These posts absolutely crack me up! What I don't understand is why so few people know what to do when they have a frozen pipe. We had it happen once when we were -40° for 4 days. No damage was done because I used this really nifty, new confangled thing called Google to see what licensed plumbers recommend doing to prevent a burst pipe. I know, I know, I'm just crazy enough to LEARN something new! LOL I also now cover the foundation vents before really cold snaps so it can't happen again.

What exactly did you find that works? I have found so many mixed answers. While I don't think I will be in that situation now, it had always bugged me that is don't know as we used to live in pretty cold places.

That was very well written and alot of good info. Hopefully you never experience any issues and you can find out a good way to have the heat wrap done.

WOW! That's sad! Hopefully they figured out why he was killed. His poor son. I can't imagine watching someone I love being beaten to death while also terrified I may be next.
