It is. And when they refine it it removes a lot of the natural vitamins so they add them back in. Seems kinda silly to me.

Yep there's a list of the few that have been shown to be actual pure avocado oil (most add other oils) and I get one particular one that has been tested as pure and quality.

You also get the fish urps all day --not quite burps, just little bubbles of fishiness coming up your esophagus all day
I've found that krill oil or the vegan omega 3s & 6s algae pills are much better

i get pill-burps every single time i take a fish oil pill with a bubble in it, and the smell/taste is so bad that it makes me shudder. burps dont just chill in your belly until theyre finally big enough to go out and see the world, theyre a gaseous substance

Fun fact! With capsules that are 2 pieces you can usually smush them together more than they did in the factory. Maybe you can do that in some way that it pushes the bubble out? (If it was yoing to work at all I would think you would have the bigger price on the top and push the smaller piece into it)

They make vegan fish oil pills from algae and there is no fish taste :)

Surprised nobody mentioned to make sure you take them with meals. Works for me and I have to take a bunch of pills every morning. Omega 3, B12, vitamin D, and prescription meds. Completely fixed this issue for me.

Girlfriend just got some of these. Apparently there’s two capsules so that the capsule containing the supplements can bypass the stomach and absorb efficiently in the small intestine. Outer capsule dissolves in the stomach.
