He has Fry's hair, Leela's muscles, Amy's tan, Bender's voice, and Hermes's accent. He also has Scruffy's sense of honor and appreciation for jugs. He does NOT have the professor's intellect.
Edit: I just found out that John DiMaggio is the voice actor for both Wakka and Bender, so I guess that's no coincidence.

Might be the same voice actor but they don’t sound similar IMO.
I think he sounds more like Jake (Adventure Time) if he had grown up in Hawaii, but I can definitely hear a little Bender.

he has the craziest damage output and his ultimate wep is cool imo but since the grid maxkes everyone basically evry class combined, waka is just an absolute animal for super bosses
