Just got my surgery this morning with Elist. He stated I had retractable penis syndrome so in high stress or cold temps my penis my penis can be as small as 2x3.75. After the surgery, my penis actually starts where the silver touches. Dr Elist did a great job cuz my soft penis is about 6x5 currently
