Ive been flawless this week on titan. If I run a mercy card on titan again and get flawless is it possible to get the hand cannon again at all?? I know its not guaranteed, but is there a chance?

1/4 chance. However, deleting your Char resets the milestone and gives you a guarenteed drop again
I was planning on doing this all weekend but on a fresh character you don't have access to stasis. I'm good enough to go Flawless somewhat consistently but probably not with a light subclass.
Yeah stasis is in pretty powerful spot right now

Whatever the 3,5,7 drops are that week. So Shotgun, Sword or Chest.

Yes, although I think it is weighted more towards the flawless item in retrospect . Did 3 confidences today and got 9 adept IH's from them
If you delete a char do you have to re-do all Europa missions and other story lines?

It’s possible, yeah, but not guaranteed. I’ve gone flawless three times on three mercy cards but received only two Hammers.

Haha there's no more good rolls for astral. It doesn't roll with quickdraw anymore.
I'd take hammerforged, accurized, surplus, opening shot, handling mw. For now Im just practicing with Chaperone.

It's possible but only a chance. I suggest a confidence card. You get 3 drops. When I did it, 2 of mine were the HC. I guess you have to decide whether giving up your Mercy is worth 3x the chance at a drop. You might have to reset your card a couple extra times but as long as it doesn't take 3x longer to go flawless on a confidence, it should be the better bet.
Do mods drop after the first time?
No they don’t unfortunately
