Suggestions required to form a structure for this community.

Its great to see people already discussing and helping each other. But to make the community bigger we will have to set a structure which will ensure the quality and reliability of posts and also help everyone to get there questions answered in best possible way. So, if anyone has got ideas about who this community should work please write them down in the comments and we can implement the top voted comments accordingly. Thanks!
