Hunt for the Zodiac Killer: How on earth can a TV station pass off this nonsense as a documentary?

I watched it and I am infuriated. The fact that they have the guts to pretend and act as if their solution solution to the 340 is real when they know it is complete garbage. The whole series is fake yet they portray it is a being a serious investigative documentary. The whole supercomputer things was completely fake, the entire documentary is fiction. The fact that these supposedly intelligent people pretended that their 340 solution was real is just pathetic, their acting was pathetic, their careers are pathetic, their lives are pathetic.

How can TV execs think it is okay to spread such disinformation about a legal case? If someone wants to make a fictional series then fine, but don't pretend it is a documentary.

The whole thing is a FAKE DOCUMENTARY! I am literally amazed that something like this is on the air.

How is spreading disinformation on public airways about an active legal case allowed?
