Hello everyone. My name is Gabby Hail, I am a freshman at the University of Arizona. I am conducting this survey for a research project. I am looking into the failing child protective service system as well as the failing foster care system, as a social issue in Arizona. I was a ward of the state when I was 8 and experienced first hand the failure of the system, and quickly decided I wanted to help fix the system. In order to do this, I would like to know if anyone else felt failed by the system.
