Aside from image editing/processing, what purposes would an Apple product be best suited for?

My company phone is apple, as is my company tablet. IME, they are both much more difficult to use, buggy, and counterintuitive than my personal phone, my chromebook, and my PC. I am willing to concede that some of that is due to me 'being used to' my other devices, and some of that is due to software failures (looking at you, salesforce).

My curiosity is, what apps/utilities actually work better on iOS than elsewhere? There has to be something, and I am asking with an open mind.
