Quick Ramble

Been having trouble with this one myself, and have seen quite a few posts about it as well, so I'm just going to use this post as a compilation of the spots that I've seen them spawn.

The only way I've been able to consistently kill them is by using Ring of Fire on a Pack-a-Punched weapon, since there have been times where I've even sprayed them down with two teammates and still not killed them. I'd love to try Aether Shroud to see if they don't aggro on you but I suddenly couldn't find any Spirits when checking for these pictures.

Keep in mind these spots are all potential spawn locations, there have been games where I checked every one I know of and found none, and others where I've found them every round. I'm almost certain that only one can spawn per round but after a lot of testing, I can't confirm if they spawn every round or not. It's very likely that I'm missing a bunch of locations so if anyone happens to find some that I don't have listed here, feel free to mention it.

I tried to aim my crosshair at the exact place that they spawn in each picture, but some of them I happened to run into and not see what corner they were in, so these might not all be accurate. on that note, as long as you don't enter the building in line of sight of them or damage them, they won't get pissed at you. So use unbroken windows and closed doors with windows as a way to check without getting them angry. They also have a red aura that you can see through walls if they're close enough.

Also yes, I need to activate Windows.

Ruka

The spirit spawns on the right side inside the treehouse. You can see it through the door's window here to check safely.

This one is where I've found them most commonly, especially since most of the locations where you spawn on this map are very close so it's a quick check even if you aren't actively hunting for them.

Not entirely sure which corner, but I'm almost certain it's one of the back corners on the bottom floor. This one also has plenty of windows and doors to check through.

I only ran into this one once before I even knew about them, so I wasn't really prepared to fight it and didn't happen to see where it spawned. It never hurts to check here since this is where the Pack a Punch spawns anyways.

This one spawns right in the corner I'm staring at, so you can safely look at it from back here.

This one might be the best spot since it doesn't get upset at you unless you enter the tent. They seem to fly faster the further you are away though, so don't think you're necessarily safer if you stand further back.

Alpine

You can see this one in the corner to the left of this window without it aggrovating it.

This is where I've found it most commonly, but it's kind of off on it's own.

On the back wall above the dresser. The front doors let you see it very easily.

Easy enough, especially since you can stand back here and shoot it. Right next to the Holdout crystal.

This one spawns under the balcony here, around the middle.

Never seen it myself, but have seen plenty of posts about this spot specifically. Doesn't aggro unless you go under the balcony or very close to the front.

Golova

This one is hard to see from the outside, but it's in the back left corner around the door.

Found this one last, only seen it once and it's nice and far from every objective. Close enough to the Pack-a-Punch to walk to, though.

On the second floor, to the right, it's around this area. No real clue since my friend ran into it both times we've seen it here and didn't see where it came from. Good luck.

I honestly have no idea if this one is in the lobby area here or in one of the rooms. Haven't seen it in a few rounds but it definitely spawns here. You should be going this way for the PAP since it's on the third floor here anyways, so it doesn't hurt to check and see if you can get a better idea of where it spawns. Just be cautious lol.

I actually haven't been able to find a third location on Golova and I'm certain there has to be at least one more, so if anyone has a clue about where another location could be that would be great info.

These are really frustrating to kill sometimes since they don't have a health bar, so just keep in mind you're going to be swarmed if they do grab you. Maybe a shotgun or LMG with Ring of Fire is the best way to do this. This is easily the most difficult challenge in the new categories so just be patient, I'm pretty sure it only goes up to 10 for the third level so you don't have to grind forever, luckily.
