Films For A Simple Minded Fool

REQUESTING

Films that I will enjoy in the moment and not keep my up all night thinking about them. They don't need to be comedies are "feel good". In case you're still confused as to what I'm asking for, some examples of these types of films would be The Wolf of Wall Street, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, Top Secret, T2 and LOTR.

As long as its not a Christopher Nolan movie you’re good.

Alien will keep you up all night if you really think about it.

Now thinking about it you're probably right.

I'll most likely edit that out of the post and replace it with a better example.

Just watched PG: Psycho Goreman last night and had a blast with it. Really funny, the detail with their cheesy latex monsters was on point, and very absurd/satirical.

Just checked it out on IMDb. I'm absolutely shocked at how good the practical effects look. Definitely giving it a watch.

Great suggestions. Airplane! is one of the greatest comedies of all time.

Behind The Mask: The Rise Of Leslie Vernon. there is a sex scene (or three) so buyer beware

MeDaLeftMeOP•

Thanks. One of the only suggestions so far that I've never heard of.

RedBomber785•

"Dog Soldiers" (2002) and "12 Strong" (2018).

Thanks for the suggestions. Saw 12 Strong about a year back and didn't really like it but I've yet to see Dog Soldiers.

Great suggestion but I've already seen it.
