Pineapple Express lol
The intensity and purpose this man had delivering pineapples is aspirational.
Not to mention his killer fashion
This was someone I saw going by and I think that's what made me draw him in the first place, lol.
Although his choices (esp the puffer jacket) seem kind of incongruous with the sort of tropical area I imagine would have fresh pineapple delivery by bicycle. But that's just something my mind inserted, this could be anywhere.
WHO LIVES IN A PINEAPPLE UNDER THE SEA
This is so cool! What texture did you use on top (besides for the chromatic aberration)?
Can't help you a lot, it was one of the included canvas-like textures in Inifinite Painter...
When you're a 19th century aristocrat holding a house party and you forgot to rent your show-and-tell piece.
I’m upset that I got that reference. I don’t remember where it was from, though. The notion that fancy rich people who show off pineapples to display their fancy richness.
Man I wish I had been a teen during the prime of bicycle courier services. Looks like a really fun job
No need to romanticize it, it's really not. It's a dangerous, low-paid, and mostly thankless job.
Oh yeah, it’s for fast and hard living. But I still wish I could have spent a couple years doing it in a big city instead of probably getting lung cancer working in a repair shop where I saw the same 4 walls every day. I should rephrase “fun” to exciting maybe
It was insanely fun. I was, for the better part of my early work life, a cycle courier. Everything from Jimmy John's to depositions to crazy large real estate checks and titles etc.
Seattle made it extra taxing and physically rewarding for me, although there were couriers in all shapes and sizes. The rain was brutal, but in the way it chipped away at you.
Wild times. A lot of whiskey and impromptu races and parties to follow.
Not even one pineapple though.
Was this created because of the Chinese ban on Taiwanese pineapple imports?

PFT no wonder you still haven't graduated out of pineapple delivery.
You'd never get promoted without a good dropbar, and what is going with those rotors? wait is that a fixie? REEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
It’s ananas! SvenLookingAtYou
If you're not a bike rider, this is even more impressive than it already is. Illustrating bicycle stuff needs to be a good blend of realism and simplicity; try drawing things too realistically, you're gonna have a bad time.
This is the guy from your math homework
do you have any other websites where you post your art ?
Mainly instagram @turtlegraphs
Team Rocket delivers pineapples now
Gosh this is so great, I really hope I see more of ur work on here!! This work really makes me want to know about this guy, where he’s going, what he’s thinking
I'd order pineapples on the daily if the delivery man looked like this
Why... Why would anyone order a pineapple? Not on pizza, not with other products, just pineapples... I would.
Pineapples used to be a HUGE status symbol.
They cost thousands of pounds, people rented them for parties, etc etc! It’s why you sometimes see them used in extravagant carvings, artwork, so on.

There’s a house designed with the top of a pineapple in England I believe too
so you’re telling me spongebob actually lives in england
Oim ready ta fli sum fukin pa'ies bruv
Restaurants? Street food vendors? Cocktail bars?
I think providing whole restaurants by bicycle is not the smartest idea
And yet it happens. One could imagine a restaurant chef or floor manager all of a sudden realizes he or she ran out of pineapples and they need new ones right away. So they open up their phone and uses one of a gazillion delivery apps available and orders pineapples from a nearby market or food store. Its not really unimaginable lol. I order stuff to my house all the time, just last week I was sick and ordered a bunch of bananas and some medicine from a local 7/11
Fair enough but I was thinking of a business that's just all nuts about pineapples and nothing else (yeah I think these are called farms...)
Why would anyone order pineapple on pizza???
Because its good and upsets people that think hating it is a personality trait.
It tastes good if you cook the pineapple first, but a lot of places let it weep all over the pizza
It’s the salty and sweet man 👌
Exactly
