Questions

Ive always wondered those who have made their homes intoa airbnb, has ANYONE extended their stay and technically became a "tenant" under law (staying for 30 days).

The issue isn't whether they "technically" become tenants: under the law they DO, no question about it.

The issue is whether the guest realises their status has changed and starts using it for their benefit.

I've had around 10 percent of my guests for a month. They've all been great.
