Are there Companies that offer 100% Renewable Energy for Utilities [Alberta]

So one of my goals this year is to finally start giving a damn about the climate situation. I don't have the money for solar panels (though this is a goal), but I decided I'd see if I can purchase electricity that has been generated through renewable methods.

What I am wondering is:

• is it actually possible to do this in Alberta?
• how much of a financial impact will it have? (I know it will lead to an increase in my payments)
• is there anything more I should know before taking the plunge?
